Plan and organize  marketing visits, events and other relevant activities, inviting readers and advertisers/agencies

Maintain regular professional contact to major advertisers and agencies to win sales orders from them.

Understand customer needs and requirements

Prepare sound proposal based on the specific needs and able to explain the rationale

Negotiate with customer/agency and close a deal successfully

Professionally represent company towards a customer/agency

Provide regular feedback to the Immediate Supervisor

Cooperate and engage in teamwork with all fellow-employees of NBA

Conversant with or interested to learn Online & Digital Marketing avenues (E-marketing, M-marketing, Social Media Boosting, etc.)

Demonstrated negotiation, presentation and closing skills

Customer orientation – interest in meeting customer expectations

Shows a strive to achieve results and continuously improve performance

Skills in both, verbal and written communication – good listener

Fluent in English and local language

Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
