  • Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant field
  • Should have excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral) both in Nepali and English
  • Should be pro-active and self-motivated with excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines  
  • Should be able to handle stress and diversified team
  • Should be able to work on his/her own initiative
  • Should have computer skills such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Office Outlook

Job description

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Oversee the marketing of IT products of the company including the company’s websites, social network sites as well as IT hardware and software.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the software products, and continuously improve IT capabilities of the company.
  • Analyze requirements, design and develop solutions to meet the requirements.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments to discuss, estimate and resolve issues.
  • Consult with department on any issues that might come up and advise about potential fixes or efficiency controls.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors about IT related infrastructure and development.
  • Assist with installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
  • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the department.
  • Identify opportunities in IT to enhance company’s business and profit.
  • Keep close relations with parties to which IT jobs/ functions that are outsourced and also monitor their jobs.
  • Organize and manage the events, fairs, seminars and other various sessions.
  • Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Oversee the daily operations and implement improvements as necessary
