August 3: NIC Asia Bank and Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited have signed an agreement to commence bancassurance service to their customers. The bank’s Officiating CEO Roshan Kumar Neupane and the insurance company’s CEO Poshak Raj Poudel signed the agreement on the behalf of their respective ogranisations amid a recent event.  

 Following the agreement, the bank’s customers can easily avail life insurance service provided by Citizen Life Insurance through any branch of the bank.

The bank said in a statement that it has been providing service through 233 branches, 221 ATM counters, 14 extension counters and 15 branchless banking units across the country.
