May 7: Bharat Raj Dhakal, CEO of Muktinath Bikas Bank has been elected as President of Development Bankers Association Nepal. The 11 ^th annual general meeting that held on May 7 elected Dhakal as the President. The AGM was inaugurated by Nepal Rastra Bank’s Governor Dr Chiranjibi Nepal. The AGM also elected Gobinda Prasad Dhakal, CEO of Garima Bikas Bank as first Vice-President and Prakash Poudel, CEO of Shine Resunga Development Bank as second Vice-President.

Similarly, the association elected Jhalak Prasad Khanal, CEO of Vibor Society Development Bank as General Secretary, Resham Bahadur Thapa, CEO of Fewa BIkas Bank as Secretary and Pradeep Kumar Shestha, CEO of Tinau Bikas Bank as Treasurer.

Likewise, Khim Bahadur JC, CEO of Western Development Bank,, Sanjeev Pradhan, CEO of Sindhu Bikas Bank, Viru Ram Jaisi, CEO of Kanchan Development Bank, Prakash Man Bajracharya, CEO of Kankai Bikas Bank and Ajitkumar Jha, CEO of Sahara Bikas Bank have been elected as members of the association.
