The price of gold dropped, but silver’s rose slightly in the domestic market on Sunday, October 6.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association lowered the price of fine gold by Rs 300 per tola (11.66 grams) for the day, in comparison to that last Friday. With the decline, fine gold is being traded at Rs 161,000 per tola.
Last Friday, the precious yellow metal hit an all time record in Nepal, as the fine gold’s price surged to 161,300 per tola.
Meanwhile, silver has become dearer by Rs 5 per tola to reach Rs 1,985 per tola.
