The price of gold in Nepal surged by Rs 1,100 per tola on Tuesday, November 19.
With the increase, fine gold is being traded at Rs 162,100 per tola (11.66 grams), according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (Fenegosida).
Earlier on October 31, the precious yellow metal broke the all time record in the domestic market, hitting Rs 171,000 per tola.
Similarly, silver also became dearer by Rs 35 per tola on Tuesday to be traded at Rs 1,955 per tola.
