Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has decided that it will now sell international flight tickets from cities outside of Kathmandu, specifically Biratnagar, Pokhara, and Nepalgunj.
According to NAC, it has arranged ticket sales from those cities for the convenience of the passengers in the wake of major festivals like Dashain, Tihar and Chhath.
Previously, international tickets were only available at NAC's office in Bhairahawa, outside Kathmandu.
However, according to spokesperson Ramesh Paudel, ticket distribution will continue from the Biratnagar, Pokhara, and Nepalgunj offices even after the festive season.
“This initiative is designed to make international travel more accessible for our passengers,” Paudel said.
Yuvraj Adhikari, the Executive Chairman of NAC, has directed relevant department heads to manage the ticket sales effectively.
Furthermore, NAC said that passengers have the option to purchase tickets online through their mobile devices or the NAC’s website. -- RSS
