August 1: Nepal Telecom is replacing recharge cards of NT brand with Namaste brand. The state-owned telecom company said that the recharge cards of NT brand will be available in market until the stock remains.

NT said in a statement that recharge cards worth Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 200, Rs 500 and Rs 1000 will be available.  The customers have to use the 16-digit pin code marked at the back side of the recharge card to recharge their phone bill. The landline users need to dial 1415 or 1412 and follow the instruction to recharge their account by using the 16-digit recharge pin. The GSM users of the NTC can recharge their phone by dialing *412* followed by the 16-digit pin code and #. Similarly pin code can also be utilized to recharge the service online from the mobile app and NTC website.
