The "Nepal India China Expo (NICE-2025)" is scheduled to take place from February 24-26 in Pokhara, the tourism capital of Nepal.
Organized by the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Nepal Chapter, the event aims to boost the inflow of Indian and Chinese tourists into Nepal. It will be supported by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), the Ministry of Industry and Tourism of Gandaki Province, Pokhara Metropolis, the Pokhara Tourism Council, and other tourism-related organizations.
Suresh Singh Budal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PATA Nepal Chapter, told RSS, the state-owned news agency, that the primary goal of the expo is to highlight Nepal’s tourism potential in India and China, the world’s two most populous nations, and to promote opportunities for integrated hospitality businesses.
The expo, themed "NICE for MICE and More," will feature over 1,000 delegates, including more than 150 regional buyers, over 100 exhibitors, and more than 25 leading media representatives from India and China.
