June 26: 40 Tata vehicles have been booked for sales in the inaugural day of new Tata outlet at Pokhara. The new showroom, Shuva Jagadamba Automart, was inaugurated on June 24. According to Keshav Prasad Adhikari, President of Automart, the buyers of any Tata vehicle on the opening day were presented with Samsung smartphones as free gifts. "Our customers will get attractive discounts on the purchase of vehicles."
The showroom honored clients who booked vehicles on the opening day. Adhikari said," We have arranged a service centre which will be opened for 24 hours.|" Shuva Jagadamba Automart is the distributor of Sipradi Trading, the official dealer of Tata Motors in Nepal.
Businessmen Keshav Prasad Adhikari, Ain Kumar Sai and Madhav Prasad Gautam who have long expereinces in auto sector jointly opened the new Tata outlet. The showroom was inagurated by Rajan Babu Shrestha, CEO of Sipradi Trading. Speaking on the occassion, Shrestha said," Tata vehicles are very popular in the Nepali market. I believe Tata vehicleas will be sold in large number in tourist hub Pokhara with the opening of the exclusive outlet."
He mentioned that Sipradi has focused in netwrok expansion across the country. The company has spend around Rs 800 million in network expansion this year only and will be investing around Rs 600 to 700 million in the upcoming year. He informed that around 1,500 Tata vehicles are sold monthly in Nepal. " In order to standarised the after sales services, the preparation of mobile training centre is going on," he said.
According to Bodh Mukhiya, Area Manager of TATA Motors, the brand has been choice of many people due to availability of spear parts in all places and standarised the after sale services. He informed that the company has been introducing new product annually on the demand of customers.
