June 10: Nepal Life Insurance has appointed Siddhartha Capital as its Issue Manager. “The appointment has been made to issue 3,096,429 units of Further Public Offer (FPO) shares to maintain the share proportion of 70:30 between promoters and general shareholder groups,” informs the company in a press statement.

Bibek Jha, CEO of Nepal Life Insurance and Dhurba Timilsina, CEO of Siddhartha Capital signed on the agreement on June 9.
