June 27: The price of petrol in Nepal is cheaper in comparison to India by Rs 11.
While Indians are paying Rs 121 for a liter of petrol, Nepalis have to pay Rs 110 for the same, which is Rs 11 cheaper than the price in the southern neighbor.
The country petrol is sold at the lowest price is Venezuela. A liter of petrol costs only Re 1 in the South American country. Meanwhile, in Hong Kong, one has to pay Rs 232 for a liter of petrol. Hong Kong is the most expensive country to buy petrol, according to the data of Globalpetrolprices.com
Nepal stands at fifth place when it comes to the cheapest county in South Asia to buy a liter of petrol. Afghanistan is the cheapest country in the South Asian region to purchase petrol. The price of petrol is Rs 76 in Afghanistan.
