November 21: Samsung Nepal has opened a premium authorized service center for Samsung mobiles at Britamode, Jhapa on November 20.

The service center located at Hanuman Center, MuktiChowk will provide all kinds of mobile repair services, the company said in a statement.

Samsung said it is confident that it will be successful in expanding the reach of Samsung after-sales service among its customers as the center lies in a prime location.

According to the press statement, Samsung has 12 service centers across the country with the inauguration of the new center in Jhapa. The other centers are based at Jawalakhel, Pokhara, Narayanghat, Itahari, Birgunj, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar, Butwal and Kathmandu (Sundhara, Pako and Kamaladi).

Being the first in the area, Samsung believes that people from Jhapa, Ilam, Fidim, Taplejung and Damak will benefit from this service center.
