May 25: Sunrise Bank has started branchless banking service from Dangihat-6, Morang. “The bank has started the service with an aim of providing banking services in the places where such services have not reached,” informs the bank in a press statement.
The branchless banking service was inaugurated by the Vice-General Manager of the bank Asha Rana Adhikari on May 24. On the occasion, Adhikari highlighted the services provided by the branchless banking and handover the point of sale machine to Rajesh Kumar Rai, Representative of branchless banking.
Currently, the bank is providing modern and easily accessible services through 53 branches and 67 ATMs. The bank has previously started branchless banking service in Mangaltar of Kavre, Bahundangi of Jhapa and Kantibazar of Mahottari.
