The UAE on Saturday, November 9, defeated Nepal in the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier by 13 runs.

Chasing the target of 123 runs posed by UAE, Nepal was limited to 109 in the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs.

For the Rhinos, captain Puja Mahato made the highest score of 48 runs, while Sana Pravin and Soni Pakhrin made 19 runs each.

Nepal will play against Thailand on Sunday, November 10. Among the four teams, the table-topper will be qualified for the World Cup being held in Malaysia next year.
