Tara Air’s Test Flight To Rumzatar

Tara Air successfully conducted a test flight to Rumzatar on June 23.. The flight took off from Kathmandu Airport at around 10:30 am and landed at the newly renovated Rumzatar Airport. The airport was not in operation for the last 18 months due to construction works. Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Ratish Lal Suman led the panel of guests to board the flight. The report of the test flight will be reported to CAAN and after the green signal from them, the scheduled flight will commence. “We will be doing one flight a week to Rumzatar to start with,” said Santa Prajapati who looks after the operations at Tara Air.
