The most important thing is that something new has been initiated upon, which is very appreciable. The ranking of colleges based on various parameters has been a thorough exercise, and parents and students are likely to benefit from its results. Colleges, however, are not being able to offer theoretical as well as practical education. Some colleges are offering internships in foreign colleges but most Nepalis cannot afford those colleges. The quality of education should be improved so that students are marketable in the international job market too.

Award ceremony for business schools is now a new endeavour that encourages the entire B-School community. The colleges have been awarded on the basis of 10 criteria including curriculum, teaching method and physical infrastructure. All colleges that participated have been rated or awarded, but his does not mean that who did not participate are not good colleges. They might not have been interested in the event. The ceremony emphasises the importance of good human resource to operate a B-School. This in turn encourages colleges to produce good human resource as per market demands.
