September 10: Fishtail Ultraflights (ultralight company) has resumed its daily flights after keeping them on hold citing bad weather, for two months.
According to the company, the flights had to be suspended due to the monsoon. The company's Managing Director Paras Raj Gautam said it has introduced new offers following the resumption of flights.
Fishtail Ultraflights has been offereing 15, 30, 60 and 90 minute flights over Pokhara. According to Gautam, foreigners will have to pay 75 euros for a 15 minute flight, 125 for 30 minutes, 198 for 60 minutes and 285 euros for 90 minutes.
Gautam said the company has special offers for domestic tourists as well. Fishtail Ultralight started its operation with two aircraft; it now has three.
