AGM of Agriculture Development Bank

April 5: Agriculture Development Bank has announced its 9th annual general meeting. The AGM will be held on April 26 at the bank’s central training institute located at Bode, Bhaktapur.

According to a notice published by the bank, the AGM will approve various proposals including the presentation of annual report, 15 percent bonus share and 0.73 percent cash dividend and proposal on issuance of 2:1 rights share. Similarly, the meeting will also endorse Rs 20.5 million provided by the bank after last year’s devastating earthquake for relief and rescue operations. The bank’s has announced book close till April 11-26 for the purpose of AGM.
