SGM of Vibor Development Bank on May 3

April 15: Special general meeting of Vibor Development Bank will be held in Amritvog Complex, Dillibazar on May 3. In the meeting, proposals regarding merger with Society Development Bank, adjustment of swap ratio by 1:1 and reanaming of the company as Vibor Society Development Bank will be floated for the approval. The bank's shareholders’ book has been closed since December 24 as it has been engaged in merger process with Society Development Bank.
