NBI Concludes Human Resource Workshop

May 20: National Banking Institute (NBI) has concluded human resource workshop which was participated by Heads of Human Resource Department of commercial banks, development banks and Employees Provident Fund.

In the workshop, Heads of Human Resource Department of various banks gave presentation on topics such as job description of human resource head and possible challenges faced by HR related with cultural transformation and outsourcing during the merger process.
