Century Bank Appoints Civil Capital as Issue Manager

May 20: Century commercial Bank has appointed Civil Capital as Issue Manager for the issuance of 30 percent right shares. As per the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON)’s recent directive, right shares are not required to go through ICRA rating, therefore the bank is planning to submit memorandum for the issuance in SEBON shortly. The bank has informed in its press release that upon SEBON and regulatory body approval, right shares will be issued within mid-July.
