NIBL Extension Counter in Kalikot

May 27: Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) in collaboration with Sakchyam Access to Finance program has started an extension counter at Nagma Bazaar of Kalikot. Nagma Bazaar is 53 kilometers from Kalikot Headquarter and 32 kilometers from Jumla Headquarter. Locals of Nagma Bazaar had to reach Kalikot or Jumla headquarter to access financial and banking services.  The operation of an extension counter in the area has enabled the locals from Nagma and nearby villages to receive modern banking services provided by “A” class bank. NIBL has planned of opening 28 units of branchless banking services in Accham, Bajang, Bajura, Darchula and Doti districts with technical and financial assistance from Sakchyam.
