Manjushree Financial Institution Renamed as Manjushree Finance

June 9: Manjushree Financial Institution has changed its name. The special general meeting (SGM)held on Wednesday endorsed the special proposal to rename the institution as Manjushree Finance. Additionally, the SGM has also endorsed the proposal to issue right shares in proportion of 1:1.75 in order to increase its paid-up capital.

The institution has informed of collecting Rs 2.05 million deposits and has flowed Rs 1.87 million loans till the third quarter of the FY 2072/73.
