Growmore Merchant Banker Renamed as Prabhu Capital

June 14: The annual general meeting of Growmore Merchant Banker has decided to distribute 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders on June 13.  As per the decision, the company will distribute the dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2014/15. The AGM has also decided to change the name of the company to Prabhu Capital. Similarly, the AGM has also approved of shifting the company's headquarter to Kamaladi from the current location of Durbarmarg and of continuing with the same BOD.
