Citizens Bank Acquires Premier Finance

July 18: Citizens Bank international has acquired Premier Finance Company and started joint transaction from Sunday, July 17. Earlier, Citizens Bank has acquired Nepal Housing and Merchant Finance and Peoples Finance. After acquisition of Premier Finance, the paid-up capital of the bank has totalled Rs 3.10 billion. Meanwhile its deposit and loan has amounted to Rs 48.08 million and Rs 41.08 million respectively. Presently, the bank has 58 branches and 93 branchless banking units.
