Gold and Silver Prices Drop in Domestic Market

Fine gold is being traded at Rs 150,500 per tola on Wednesday, down from Rs 150,800 per tola on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU: The price of gold, which set a new record for the highest trading price in the domestic market on Tuesday, fell by Rs 300 per tola  (11.66 grams) on Wednesday. 

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 150,500 per tola, down from Rs 150,800 per tola on Tuesday.

Similarly, the price of silver, too, dropped by Rs 5 per tola to Rs 1,735.
