Gold Price Falls by Rs 1,100 per Tola After Reaching a Record High

The price of gold declined by Rs 1,100 per tola (11.66 grams) on Thursday, a day after setting a new record.

Fine gold, which reached an all-time high of Rs 153,000 per tola on Wednesday, was traded at Rs 151,900 in the domestic market on Thursday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.

But, the price of silver declined by Rs 5 per tola to be traded at Rs 1,830 per tola.
