Importance of Combined Effort for Qualitative Construction

August 7: A discussion program on increasing quality of constructions was conducted in the Development Committee under the parliament on August 5.   The discussion program was participated by Secretary of Nepal Government and officials of Federation of Contractors Association of Nepal. During the program, participants had committed to provide possible effort from their sides for qualitative constructions.

The participants assured of not undertaking any agreement that will negatively affect the quality of the constructions.  During the interaction, contractors raised various issues including impact of earthquake and blockade on construction industry, increase in physical attack incidents on entrepreneurs, shortage of construction equipment and non implementation of committed task by the government.
