ADBL Bank Appoints Ace Capital as Share Registrar

August 15: Agriculture Development Bank has appointed Ace Capital Ltd as its share registrar. In this regard, both companies have signed an agreement on August 14, 2016. By signing the agreement, Ace Capital Ltd is entitled to handle all the responsibility of share registrar of the right shares issuance of the ADBL .The bank is in process to issue 19,688, 000 units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
