August 29: Yeti Development Bank has organised a banking literacy program targeting women on the occasion of the Teej Program. The bank organizes a workshop on microfinance and financial security in Palung branch on Saturday, August 27.
The program was participated by nearly 500 women engaged in agriculture, livestock farming and household business.
Deepanjali Khakurel, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Department and Him Raj Dawadi gave training on financial literacy along with introduction, importance and benefits of microfinance to the participants during the program. The program also held discussion on women's access to ATM cards and mobile banking.
