Tourism Dev Bank to acquire Kalinchowk and Matribhumi

September 2: Tourism Development bank is acquiring the ownership of Kalinchowk Development Bank and Matribhumi Development Bank. The ownership proposal has been passed during the special general meeting (SGM) of the bank on August 31.  Similarly, the SGM has also endorsed the special proposal to issue right share in the ratio of 1:1 from the paid up capital maintained after the acquisition.
