AD Bank Starts Electronic Payment System

September 2: Agricultural Development Bank has joined the Inter-bank Electronic Payment System (NCHL-IPS) of Nepal Clearing House Limited.  According to the agreement signed between two institutions on 31 August, Nepal Clearing House will provide NCHL-IPS system to Agricultural Development Bank.

Nilesh Man Singh Pradhan, CEO of Nepal Clearing House and Lila Prakash Sitaula, CEO of the bank signed on this effect on behalf of their respective institutions.  Banks and financial Institutions (BFIs) associated with the Clearing House’s IPS can provide direct debit and credit services to their customers, among other transactions.
