September 12: Board of directors (BOD) meeting of NMB capital has decided to distributed 20 percent cash dividend to the owners of NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 (NMBSIF-1)units operated under NMB Mutual Fund on September 9.
The NAV of NMBSIF-1by the mid –August stands at Rs 19.03 that has a face value is Rs 10. The company had issued 75 millions of mutual funds units with the maturity period of 5 years. The fund has invested Rs 916.1million on equity shares of 74 listed companies, 39.9 million on IPOs of various companies, Rs 75 million on right shares and bonus shares and Rs 75 million on fixed deposits.
Moreover, the mutual fund is floating 80 million new mutual fund units having face value of Rs 10 under the name of NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 from September 11. According to NMB Capital, issue manager and scheme manager, the mutual fund issuance will closed on September 16.
