September 14: The special general assembly of Apex Development Bank has concluded on September 13 under Chairmanship of Bishnu Prasad Dhital, Chairman of the bank. Issuing a press statement, the bank informed that the meeting has endorsed 51:49 share ratio for promoter and general shareholders.
Speaking in the program, Chairman Dhital informed that the bank is yet to receive final agreement paper for merging with NCC Bank, Infrastructure Development Bank, Supreme Development Bank and International Development Bank. The bank will soon start integrated operation, informed Dhital.
