Arun Kabeli to go for Merger

September 18: The 6th annual general meeting of the Arun Kabeli Power Ltd has approved the proposal of giving authority to board of directors to initiate the merger process with other companies. The AGM was conducted under the chairmanship of Guru Prasad Neupane, Chairman of the company.

 Nepal Investment Bank, as a lead investors along with six other banks are providing consortium loans for the construction of the project.
