Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu has appointed Gaurav Malik as its new Director of Food & Beverage.
Malik brings over 14 years of industry experience and a strong academic background in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He began his career in 2011 as a waiter and steadily progressed through key leadership roles, including F&B Outlet Manager and Assistant F&B Manager, Hyatt Centric said.
Originally from Delhi, India, Malik is a cricket enthusiast who enjoys cycling and exploring new destinations.
He previously served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Goa.
