vivo V60 Launched in Nepal

The smartphone comes with a 6,500mAh battery, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, curved display, and starts at Rs 70,999

Global smartphone maker vivo on Friday, August 29, unveiled its latest flagship device, the vivo V60, in Nepal.

The V60 comes equipped with ZEISS-powered cameras: a 50MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, a 50MP ZEISS OIS Main Camera, an 8MP Ultra Wide-Angle Camera, and a 50MP ZEISS Group Selfie Camera. 

vivo says the device supports advanced portrait and landscape photography across five focal lengths (23mm–100mm) and introduces AI tools such as the AI Four-Season Portrait, which allows users to simulate seasonal effects in photos. It also offers Ultra-Clear 4K video recording and an upgraded Aura Light Portrait system for enhanced low-light shots.

On the design front, the phone features an Equal-Depth Quad Curved Screen with slim bezels and a Star Trail Camera Module. Available in Mist Gray and Berry Purple, the V60 comes with Diamond Shield Glass and IP68/IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. It also integrates vivo’s One-Tap Water Ejection and Dust Removal technologies.

The smartphone is powered by a 6,500mAh battery with 90W FlashCharge, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, and up to 12GB + 12GB Extended RAM. Pre-booking is open from August 29 to September 2, with first sales starting September 3.

Pricing is set at Rs 70,999 (12GB + 256GB) and Rs 75,999 (12GB + 512GB). Pre-booking customers will receive complimentary vivo earbuds.

vivo is also offering an EMI plan with a 40% down payment and zero interest for one year. Customers can exchange older devices for the V60 via its Nayapurano platform, with an additional Rs 2,000 valuation on trade-ins. The exchange programme is available through over 100 retail partners nationwide, with plans for expansion.
