NCHL to Distribute 20% Cash Dividend

September 29: The annual general meeting of Nepal Clearing House (NCHL) held on September 28, has decided to distribute 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Similarly, the company has elected Rajan Singh Bhandari (Citizens Bank), Jyoti Prakash Pandey (Nepal Investment Bank) and Upendra Poudyal (NMB Bank) as its board of directors from commercial bank group.
