Himalayan Bank Distribute Grants to Earthquake Victims

October 6: Himalayan Bank has distributed grants to earthquake victims for re-construction of their private residences. According to the bank, it has distributed such grants to 5,565 people till date. On June, 2016, the bank entered in an agreement with National Reconstruction Authority to distribute grants for the construction of private residence. As per the agreement, the bank has opened accounts of 13,917 beneficiaries from seven districts outside the valley.
