October 7: Om Development Bank is distributing 29 percent dividend to its shareholders. The decision regarding dividend was taken by the recently held board of directors' meeting of the bank. The decision, however, is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting of the bank. After the distribution of bonus share, the paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 1.36 billion. Om Development Bank is a merged entity established after the merger of City Development Bank and Om Finance. Presently, it has 25 branches.
