Century Commercial Bank to acquire Arniko Devt Bank

October 17: Century Commercial Bank is preparing to acquire Arniko Development Bank. The two financial institutions recently signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the acquirement. Century Bank is targeting to start the joint transaction after completing the acquiring process within mid-February. 

Presently, Century Bank has paid-up capital of Rs 2.84 billion. The bank has also issued right shares of Rs 850 million.
