Finance Ministry Sets Up Focal Unit to Facilitate Foreign Investors

The Ministry of Finance has established a dedicated Focal Unit to enhance coordination with foreign investors and international development finance institutions.

The Unit, operating under the International Economic Relations Division, has been tasked with strengthening inter-agency coordination on matters related to foreign investment.

Finance Ministry spokesperson Tanka Prasad Pandey told the state-owned RSS news agency that the Unit will provide the required support and facilitation on banking, revenue, and other issues directly linked to the ministry and relevant to foreign investors.
