NB Insurance Branches at Three Locations

November 3: NB insurance has opened three new branches in the capital. The company started branches at Kalanki, Koteshwor and Sallaghari of the valley. Prof Dr Fatta Bahadur KC, Chairman of Insurance Board inaugurated the branches. Chairman KC, congratulating the company on its successful launch of three branches in a short span of time, requested the board of directors and management to focus on development and expansion of the insurance sector.

"NB insurance, establishing itself as a prominent insurance company, will expand its branches all across the country so that to provide easy, fast and reliable insurance services," said Ambika Prasad Poudel, BOD Director of the company. With the additions, the company will be providing its services through 17 branches, 5 contact offices and 11 service counters. Poudel informed of receiving Rs 45.3 million as premium from auctioning unsold right shares. "After issuing the 10:8 right shares, the paid-up capital of the company has reached Rs 270 million. The company will soon expand its branch network all across the country to provide convenient services to general public," he added.
