Prabhu Insurance to Distribute 17% Bonus Share

November 3: Prabhu Insurance is distributing 17 percent bonus share to its shareholders. The 21th annual general meeting of the company has approved a proposal of distributing 17 percent bonus share of its total paid-up capital to its shareholders. Moreover, the company also endorsed a proposal of issuing 50 percent i.e 2:1 right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after distribution of bonus shares. After the issuance of bonus and right shares, the total paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 577.5 million.
