Journalist Neupane Passes Away

November 7: Economic journalist Sanjay Neupane passed away on Saturday, November 5. Neupane who was 44 years of age was suffering from brain tumor ( Anaplastic astrocytoma). He died during his treatment at the Nepal Cancer Hospital, Lalitpur.

He was the former editor of Karobar National Daily and former Vice-President of Society of Economic Journalists Nepal (SEJON). Neupane was active in the field of economic journalism since the last two decades. He was associated with the Kantipur daily for 10 years and worked as Editor in Karobar for two years. 

He was suffering from the brain tumor for over the last one year. He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.
