Samudayik Laghubitta Appoints NMB Capital as Issue Manager

November 17: Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is issuing 300,000 units of equity shares to general investors. In order to manage the issue, the Laghubitta Company appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager. Swoyambhu Ram Joshi, CEO of Samudayik Microfinancce and Srijesh Ghimire, CEO of NMB Capital signed an agreement related with the issue on behalf of their respective organisation. Samudayik has been providing microfinance services to the customers through its 32 branches.
