Prabhu Bank to Issue 10:4 Right Shares

November 29: Prabhu Bank is issuing 10:4 right shares to its existing shareholders. The 75th board of directors (BOD) meeting of the bank held on November 24 has decided to issue rights shares in the proportion of 10:4 to their shareholders. According to the bank, the proposal is subjected to the approval from its upcoming 15th AGM which is going to be held on December 23.
