NMB Microfinance to Distribute 25% Bonus Share

December 5: NMB Microfinance is distributing 25 per cent bonus share to its shareholders. The fourth annual general meeting (AGM) held on December 3 endorsed the 25 per cent bonus share proposal.  

Upendra Poudel, CEO of NMB Bank praised the microfinance for providing banking services to rural and remote districts of mountainous region. On the occasion, the AGM also honoured various employees of the microfinance for their services.

The microfinance which is headquartered at Hemja of Pokhara is providing its services to 25 mountainous and 50 hilly districts of the country.
