Shine Resunga to distribute 27% bonus

December 15: Shine Resunga Development Bank is distributing 27 per cent bonus share of its total paid-up capital from the distributable income of the FY 2072/73. The eighth annual general meeting of the bank approved the proposal of distributing the bonus share to its shareholders.

The AGM also honoured its Rudrapur Branch as its best branch office. Similarly, the AGM has unanimously elected board of directors including Rajendra Prasad Shrestha, Dr Tara Prasad Upadhya (Gyawali), Bhuwan Bhandari, Krishna Prasad Bhandari, Meghraj Kakchyapati, Mohan Chapagain, Gopal Prasad Pandey and Dilli Raj Bhusal. Moreover, the board of directors selected Rajendra Prasad Shrestha as its Chairman.
